Join us for the tenth edition of Leeds' Girl Geeks, one of a number of year-round LSx events, presented by Linda Broughton, Imran Ali & Monica Tailor.
Just for this February, we've remixed Girl Geek as a less formal occasion, at Old Broadcasting House, coupling a talk from one of Leeds' foremost digital artists with a documentary screening, from LSx's buffering… series. Our programme for the evening is as follows...
6pm - Registration, refreshments
7pm - Megan Smith
8pm - Screening of Top Secret Rosies, the true story of WW2's "female" computers
9pm - Skype Q&A with director LeAnn Erickson
9:30pm - Close
the evening's guest speakers are...
