26 mar // TEDxBradford 2014: Curiosity & Progress
TEDxBradford returns for it's fourth edition in the Spring of 2014. With an all-new curatorial team, this year we'll be taking a critical look at education and learning as drivers for creativity, innovation and change.

This month, we'll be joined by Sarah Hartley, cofounder of Contributoria, a member-supported, crowdfunding, collaborative writing platform for journalists. We'll also be joined by Dean Vipond, the app's designer.

04 feb // LSxCafé
Louise Atkinson, a post-graduate researcher at the University’s Faculty of Performance, Visual Arts & Communication will be demonstrating Curator Space, a project management toolkit for curators, organisers, galleries, and artists, hosted at The Tetley gallery.

14 jan // TEDWomen 2013: Invented Here
An exploration of networked citizenship, showcasing a range of speakers who are using art, food, wellbeing, housing, play, politics and public space to create serendipity, joy and resilience in our communities…

LSx2012 money! girls! movies!
The return of Ignite Leeds to Old Broadcasting House; TEDx events on the future of money, life online and inspiring women; the launch of our Buffering… screenings programme; a quartet of phenomenal Girl Geek speakers; the launch of our WePublish meetups and two dozen LSxCafe demo hosts! Oh, we launched a currency for Leeds too :)

LSx2011 Remixing the festival…
In 2011 we began to move to a series of year round events - twenty two in all - including the introduction of WePublish, LSxCafe, 2.8 Hours Later, LSxJunior and Buffering…

LSx2010 Leeds 3rd Web Festival
Seventeen events throughout May, including the return of Ignite Leeds, and events featuring Twitter's Raffi Krikorian, Creative Commons' Joscelyn Upendran and Google's Deborah Sherry.

LSx09 Leeds 2nd Web Festival
One month, two dozen events, including Ryan Carson's Future Of Web Apps, a Physical Computing 101 workshop, two unconferences and the launch of Leeds' Hackspace community.

LS1 Leeds' first web festival
Two weeks in August 2008, including including a visit from Union Square Venture's Fred Wilson and the city's first Girl Geek Dinner.
